Not with CZ Jena, but with Pentax Super Takumar and an old Tokina 300/5.5
.
There is a metering problem with modern bodies -- it is accentuated at smaller apertures (higher numbers) and leads to underexposure in my experience. This is probably only noticeable on slide film, but is still a problem of course. Others testing suggests that compensation varies from lens to lens; my own testing suggests that exposure also varies between cameras! The only cameras I have tested that gives consistently good exposure with manual lenses and adapters are the x000 cameras, meaning 5000, 7000, 9000. I use a Pentax Super Takumar 55/2 with a pair of old Novoflex bellows and an adapter, for macro shooting; those older lenses can be both very good and very cheap, which is a plus. See this image for an example of a shoit captured with the Pentax lens, even if this was captured with the 9 and extension tubes rather than bellows...

I have tried with Dynax 5 and it tends to underexpose by about a stop depending on the focal length and aperture. Those correctly exposed ones turned out very nice indeed, because of the CZJ glass.
You need to release the lens detect lock or something like that even for some of the other cameras or the shuttle will not release...

Thanks for the advise, the spider picture looks damn cool ..
