Specs are almost identical except the FZ300 has a 1/2.3" sensor vs
FZ1000 1"
F300 has a touchscreen but not the FZ1000
F300 has constant f2.8 aperture
FZ300 120fps mode is limited to 720p vs 1080p on FZ1000
