So much to love about the FZ2000!
This one is going to seriously challenge RX10.
Buy it if you need:

Looks good. I didn't jump on the RX-10 series because of AF. Seems like Panasonic has a better AF?

One hint of an improved AF is the parfocal zoom. If it's not done optically, then the AF is bulletproof.

Wow! Dolly zoom is interesting. But I think they made the video very sexy leh. In real life, it's another set of skills to implement it. Haha

Looks like quite the complete package.

Depending on whether one needs the wide shot or the range, there's the 1.5 crop for 4K it seems (36 - 720mm equiv).
Too bad they didn't spec it to use the same batt as gh3/4, or it could have legendary batt life as well haha

The accompanying FZ2000 video doesnt really show its images as tack sharp? Maybe due to sensor size?

The video of the LX-10 seems to show that its sharper than the FZ-2000?

Generally, the longer the zoom range, the worse the IQ. 20X is plenty long for a video camera
