Some photos of Lower Pierce Reservior to share. The photos are all taken early in the morning where the air is fresh and sun is nice.

Here we go!

i like the last one the most.
i might be abit anal but watch your slightly tilted horizon in 3. shud have an even crop to achieve a more balanced crop

cheers!

I like the shots. What lens and settings did you use btw?
Also...the colours seem oversaturated on my com..just want to check if its just me.;)

don't think there is hdr,no details in the clouds.

nope it also happens to me

#1 and #3 composition pretty much works for me.

But for all the pictures, I have no idea what you've done - looks like a lot of playing with Shadow/Highlights -- mainly Shadows perhaps.. Art is after all subjective, but the "graphic" effect disconnected from reality altogether does not really work for me.

Thanks for all the comments :)

I did not do HDR. Still unable to use the HDR merge in photoshop.cant seem to get it to work

u applied some PS actions? I like the effects.

Yes, I did some exposure adjustment and Colour adjustments. Glad that you like it. I hope to try out HDR effect but couldnt get it right with the merge HDR in PS CS2, so i processed to this state.

Looks like something is wrong with all images...

I think curves, levels, and contrasts overdone in Photoshop...

May have been nicer without doing anything to it, or just adjust brightness alone...

A case of too much artificial enhancements...

I agree. Some parts are overexposed. :dunno:
