Lousiest Service I ever Encountered

what i am puzzled abt is why you are so unwilliny, dodgy, and tries to avoid telling the community who this errant seller is. if what u say is true, that the turnaround time is slow, that u are suspicous whether you even got a new one etc, from the sentiments of the community, we implore that you shed light on the identity of the seller, if only to avoid a repeated bad sales. and u know something?

by not releasing his information, you are in fact helping to "screw the other guys" as pple will be more wary in buying from other similarly organised MOs or CF sales in the forums.

in addition, you are screwing the rest of the CS buyers who still think its safe to buy and end up buying from the same chap that gave u so much problems.

even if its not his fault, still if his supply chain is faulty, would u want to buy from him? im sure the rest of us wont. imagine u get a very good service shop, let u test everything, and the moment u buy the thing already and spoil, he entertain u everything, but tells u his supplier kok up. i rather buy from another shop who dont give me so much problem with his supplier right?

what i dont understand is why u refuse to tell us who he is. you scared he come and bash u up? :P :P :blah:

anyway tis ur choice, but imho, if u request help from the comunity, u shoudl also try to do the community a favour. after all the major sentiment is that they wish to know who the fella is, so that they can buy their CF cards from some other pple.

There are some reservations that I have in mind about naming the person...
1. Firstly, I would think that the seller is sincere enough, by at least picking up my phone call everytime I call him. I just hope that from his experience now he should learn to improve his service. Also I do not want to jeapordise his business if I am an isolated case. I dun think its right...

2. I think the problem lies in communication with his supplier. After around 1 month the supplier email me with a simple email: There is a no stock for the card around the world now. The shipment will be late. (or something like that). I do not mind this kinda email of coz, but after so long? And also no news from him until I ask when the he said the week after, fine I waited. ( That is already 1 month plus).... nothing happen the next week thus I call him again. He said it was mailed on Fri so I should get it by Monday.
Again nothing happen on Monday, I waited and come this email from someone else (which I suspect is his supplier, Markie), to tell me that i wrote the wrong add and he will meet me in NUS tom and asked for my phone nos.

Fine, i give him mine, but nothing happen, I emailed him again and he said: so sorrie I will call you tom. Nothing happen again, of coz. I got pissed and write an email to him again in CAPITALS that I need the CF card the next dae (that is today) and I already missed an event bla bla bla... altho' i dun say any profanities of coz... but his reply is making me freakin damn irritated:
hey man, sure thing. I also very busy. blah blah blah

Never give me his contact nos which I asked since his fiz email... he is trying to avoid me! Even when I call the seller, he refused to give Markie nos. and say he will settle for me. Then he gets the card and pass to me this morning....

3. You see that it is not entirely his fault. Maybe he got a F***ed up supplier and communcation system, but I guess if you guys wanna know its someone who sell this CF card quite sometime ago (around 7-8 months).
Anyway if you really wanna knoe can PM me...

if no one knwos about it, u think he will improve? he will just wait for the next guy to come along and drag him out a couple of months.

just like in lucky plaza and sls, after kena publicly blacklisted, suddenly so many moves and campaigns and stuff to improve customer service.

u keep quiet, u just leaving a hole that you have discovered, uncovered for the next unsuspecting victim to fall inside.

Well I'm sure that the rest of the community would deeply appreciate your kind gesture in shedding light on this particular reseller's practices. At least everyone would know what and who is perpetuating the alleged practices.

Actually, you dont have to worry about anything if what you said is true, cos the person also knows its true and can't in good faith deny the allegations made.
He is also welcomed to tell his side of the story and Im sure the rest of the community would make an impartial judgement.

In any event, a more complete picture of the incident would be given to the community at large.

sesame_street98, in all fairness, you should have given the seller a chance to explain before you posted his name. if you wish to re-open this thread, pls PM me, but i hope it's for the right reasons. if not it will remain closed. kayabun, if you wish to post a reply to this as well, pls PM me too.
