Looking to get some personal portraits done

Hi,

i'm actually a graphic designer looking to get together a print portfolio. I need to have a couple of personal shots of myself (close up or full body) with certain objects and places... for my portfolio covers to add a personal touch. Nothing fancy, something like street photo shots you find in those youth jap magazines. Anyone does this?
