Looking for shoulder pad for sling type camera bag

I'm looking for removable shoulder pad for sling-type camera bag strap. Using a Wonderful 3737 bag. The width of the strap is 5cm. Anybody knows where to get such pads/padding?

Cannibalise from your old laptop bag and your sling travel bag. Cheap and good.

Get the Domke shoulder pad. The best I've used so far. About $25 (if I remember correctly) from CP.
