Looking for ROM/Solemnisation photographer

We're looking for a ROM photographer.

4. All shots returned in DVD, In what format
5. Any touch up done to photo
6. How many prints provided if any
7. How many years of experience, how many actual events shot in
8. Equipment (including backup, if any)
9. Website of own works if available
10. Any other information not covered above

We have not found a photographer and videographer for the actual day event, and can consider taking the entire package as a whole.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for your replies.
I'm new to such forums so forgive me if my questions were not put across in an agreeable fashion.

I don't really have a budget yet, but more importantly, I want to see the style of the photographer, which I think I can't really tell from the price offered. It may give a suggestion, but I do not want to leave any stone unturned.

And as for the date, sorry that I left that out. Slipped my mind.
ROM is on 20th March 2010 (Saturday). It's probably going to be from 1130am to about 130pm. Other details are not firmed up yet as we are still looking at how we want to carry out the ROM.
AD is TBC, but somewhere in 2011.
