looking for retoucher

Hello,

I am looking for a freelance retoucher who have some knowledge of commercial (property) retouching.

I need something done during the night or first half of the morning and you will be paid within 7 days when you send me your invoice.

You are getting paid at ~S$10/property and there are around 50-100 properties a month.

Each property can be done within 0.5-1hr.

You will be working at the comfort of your own home, no travel or other expenses.

Suitable candidate will need to have the following qualities:
1. Attitude to get things done on time.
2. Result driven with positive attitude.

You will need to have:
1. Reliable computer (Mac or PC) with Adobe Photoshop CS2 or CS3 software.
2. Fast internet connection to download/upload the job.

Ok, Since I have a lot of people PM me and asking me few similar questions. I thought I should spell it out here.

What is involve for the job:
1. Good understanding of RAW format.
2. Understanding of basic Photography fundamental (if you freak out when I say add 1 stop here, then this job is not suitable for you).
3. Merging exposure to achieve consistent lighting.
4. Correcting colour balance.
5. Add in blue sky, make the grass greener...

Timing (Same day): "THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT"
1. Job that is uploaded by 10pm each night (singapore time) and It has to be done by 6am (Singapore time)
2. Job that is uploaded by 6am, has to be ready by 2pm Singapore time.

It would really suitable for someone who prefer to sit around at home and getting paid for couple hours a day doing something that you love.

It may be slow when you start, but once you are up to the speed, you are potentially making $20/hr.

Last and most importantly, getting paid.

I would prefer if someone could send me a company invoice, if not, freelance is ok with me.

Your invoice will be paid within 7 days (normally I pay within 48 hours of invoice), it will be transfer directly from my account in Singapore to yours. If you prefer a cheque, I will ask my sister to send you the cheque instead.

Once you are working for sometime and provided you doing a good job, I will increase the payment.

I need someone who is willing to work hard and no excuse type.

Anyway, I will be in Singapore from 17 Aug and I will be discussing with potential retoucher and I will train you how to do the job while I am there. To work out if you are the right retoucher, I will give you a trial on Photoshop CS3.

Anyone interested, please PM me... I have about 10 people who responded, but would love to have more. There are only about 3 who give me enough confident so far, but I could be totally wrong.
