Firstly, hope everyone's having a great day.
I am looking for a videographer to cover my North Indian client for the following dates and hours.
Do email your quotes and submit your portfolios/etc.
No, I am not going for the lowest quote.
And yes, I have already tried asking industry partners and friends and they are all booked.
I want quality and reliability.
End of the day, its up to my client to choose you.
Basically I need to collate two types of quotations.
First quotation is for the entirety of a 4 day event well spread over 2012 and 2013.
and the second quotation is for a 1 day event in 2013 (Actual day event).
All events are in Singapore.
A) 1st Quote for;
- 12th December 2012, ROM & Lunch (2-3hours)
- 31st May 2013, 'Oil Ceremonies' for Bride + Groom and Sangeet (a dance procession) in the evening (2+2hours and 3hours)
- 1st June 2013, Mehndi (Henna ceremony) (2hours)
- 2nd June 2013, Morning Temple Ceremony and Evening Reception at Holiday Inn Ballroom (full day/ 10hours total)
B) 2nd Quote for;
- 2nd June 2013, Morning Temple Ceremony and Evening Reception at Holiday Inn Ballroom (full day/ 10hours total)
Hope you can help me in this, I will sincerely appreciate your kind and prompt assistance in this issue at hand.
The quotes will be submitted to my client, without bias.
