Looking for Photographers for D&D Event

I'm organising a D&D event for my company this year, and I'm looking for the following:

1. 1 Photographer to cover the event - group table shots, stage performances, candid shots. (6pm to 11pm)

2. A photograph "booth" or corner to take impromtu glamour portraits of colleagues. Photographer(s) must have backdrop, lighting and appropriate camera gears of course. (6pm to 8pm)

3. Instant printing services (e.g. Canon Selphy 6 x 4in postcards).
(6pm to 8pm)

For ease of coordination, I prefer to deal with a single party for ALL of the above, rather than with individual photogs.
