Hi Guys,

I operate a children's playground in the east and I have 4 party rooms that will be booked by families for their kids' birthday parties.

I would like to offer photography services part of the options for my customers and would like to find out if any of you would be keen to be engaged as our partners.

I am targeting about 4 to 5 photographers who is able to provide the following:

1) 2 hours of photo shoot onsite with your own equipment for each party
2) 50 shots printed in various format as an option to customers (coffee table book, albums etc)
3) 100 shots take to be given in CD format to customer on the same day as an option.
4) Ability to take shots within a small room of about 320sq fit filled with about 15 kids and their parents.
5) Commit assignments on Saturdays and Sundays.

Charges for your services will be discussed when we meet. However, please do not expect high fees as the cost of a birthday party from us is only $600. I don't think customers will pay another few hundred dollars for photgraphy services if the party cost them $600. Just trying to manage your expectations as this is not wedding photography.... no offence taken please.

As part of our partner selection process, we will invite our shortlisted photgrapher partners for a trial shoot of an actual birthday party on 24 May 2009 from 4-6pm.

For interested parties, please kindly PM me. Thanks in advance guys!!

Hi spursburger,

I've sent you a PM on the rates and the link to our portfolio.

Hope to work together with you soon.

Feel free to consider us for any queries which you might have.

Thank you.

Jerry Wong

For your requirement (assuming 8 days of shooting per month), and your budget ($120, assuming 1/5 of $600 for the party), you are looking at an expenditure of $960 a month, assuming you can find photographers who will do a whole day of shoot for you at $120 a day.

A suggestion might be to bump up the pay a little to about $1,200 for the whole month, and hire a full-time photographer who is starting out. This might involve some hopping around the 4 rooms by the photographer, but from experience, with a little juggling, it can definitely be done.

well... this is an interesting suggestion, but there is no certainty of parties every weekend. won't be practical to pay someone full time, no?

Hi! I sent you an email.. thanks!
