Looking for photo+videographers for company event

Looking for a person who has some event experience, who is keen to build up personal portfolio.

Details of event:
-Full day event (~150pax) 27March09
-Able to do both photo+video
-Able to do a flashback of day's event at the end of the day (dinner) IMPT*
-Post event:Full completion of edited pics/video
-Pay (<$700)

Hope that the response form here doesnt give the TS a shock. whoever the friend is who recommended him to here apparently think we are budget group..Good luck.. even if you double your budget is a tall order for that kind of timing and demand.

Will us my leica M6 to shoot and D300.
And use a SONY HVR-Z1E for video.
With only 50 photos and a video length that can be discussed.
Basic touch up only for that price.
I'm not a pro, but i'm a student.

Well guys, there are always ppl who are willing to undertake these budget jobs either for the Experience or $$$

Hey hi. I think im willing to take up this assignment. But currently im confirming with the rest of my members 1st. If they confirm, then we will be willing to take up this experience. My group members consist of people which have exprience in event photography, videographer exprience and also movie maker(video editing) exprience. So total member might be helping is abt 3-4 people. But dun worry, $700 we can divide ourselves. Money not the priority but you got what you want and we pay our sweat for exprience.

This is not confirm yet but once my group confirm, i will get back to you via email.

I understand what you mean, but that extend, i think everyone of the guest can pay $2 for the DVD. And $700 is only what they want us to do as stated, if more to that than we can discuss with them about extra payment. No money, no DVD. Because DVD is not free from shops. Special effect is actually part of coverage and MTV styles are also part of the coverage. It the videographer's ability and creativity.
