Looking for pgrm to unlock USB drives

I'd like to know if there's a program that can unlock whatever it is that locks a USB drive? %95 of the time when I click on the little green icon at the right bottom of the screen to remove a drive I get that error "the device cannot be stopped right now..." this is very annoying and I know that the drive itself or any files on it is being used by any programs or the OS.

If u hava any applications running, that may influence the unlock function. Try this out, close the running applications u have one by one the next time u encounter this. It should work most of the time. Eg, a windows explorer/my computer is on

You might have virus in your system. Check the root directory of your USB drive, if there's Ravmon.log there that means your pc is infected. Download avg and clean your system
