Hi Guys,
I'm shooting a prequel to this short that I made:

Well, prequel sounds very serious but I don't know what to call it, he he. Anyway, most of the new short happens in a room where a kidnapped guy is interrogated. So, I'm looking for a stylish, yet rundown room. I thought about rooms with some kind of blinds so that there is nice light sipping in. It seems that rooms above old shop houses (Geylang, Boat Quay) are suitable. Does anybody know how to find/rent such a room? Any ideas are appreciated.

I can pay for rental but, of course, within reasonable limits. The first movie is going to be featured this Xmass in an electronic version of a big Polish newspaper "Polityka" (Polityka.pl - serwis internetowy tygodnika Polityka) with the online visibility of 300 thousand potential viewers. It has been already featured in "The New Scientist" blog (CultureLab: A quantum of... We want to see your movies!) It is possible that the prequel will be featured too so apart from the money for rental, the place will be mentioned in the credits, which could be a potential advertisement for an owner.
