Looking for lens cleaning service (internal optics of lens)

Have an old Canon lens with FD mount. Always kept in dry box but recently realised the optics inside have fogged. Looking for lens cleaning service (internal optics of the lens). Will look at the rate and decide if it's worth giving this lens a clean up.
