Looking for freelance videographer to collaborate on Wedding Shoots

Hi

I'm a freelance video editor/photographer who's looking for like minded videographers to collaborate with on some weddings I have on hand.

I'm looking for:

-Someone who's not just in the wedding coverage business for the money
-Genuinely enjoy covering weddings
-Don't mind going an extra mile or 2 for the clients
-Need not have alot of wedding coverage experience (Maybe 4-5 weddings?)
-Have strong visual sense (cinematic?)
-Great if you have your own 5D or 7D kits
