I am looking at possibility in long term partnership with experience retoucher/photographer.
Here is the background of the work:
Each month, between me and my other photographers, we shoot about 30-50 sessions, we shoot in RAW and need someone to do the editing, not too extensive but enough to make the pictures shine without spending too much time on it.
I specializes in Newborn, Children and Family Photography, typically would have between 50-80 shots per sessions.
I spend between 30-60 mins or more if it is a tricky shoot on each session in terms of retouching.
(please note, I am very experience with photoshop and don't have to think about what to do, so it really depends on your skills, time will vary)
And the person I am interested with:
Someone experience enough to make a good image great without leaving too much evidence of over retouching.
Someone that is already in the market but looking for extra work as bread and butter.
Someone who has the right attitude and want to grow further in this industry and committed for long term.
Someone who is interested in photography in general.
It is not suitable for people who just want to get a job and make some money.
It will be flexible but I need to get the things done. I am outcome oriented person, so I don't mind if you want to do it on site or off site as long as things gets done and it is consistent from each sessions. But I could not tolerate excuses why things are not done.
