this is very vague, you are looking for an event photographer to cover 2-3 hours in btw 9am - 5pm on 9/3 and 12-16/3 but then... 9am - 5pm is a total of 8 hours.

can you be more precise the actual timing for those days? otherwise I dun't think anyone can spare these 8 hours aside for you for these 6 days doing nothing.
