Looking for a budget studio to use during either weekend afternoons or weekdays after 7pm...

My budget is about $25-$30 per hour, preferrably in the east, or at least not at extreme areas like jurong.

Studio has to be reasonably equipped though

Main purpose is for fashion photoshoot
I'll be using the studio roughly once a week, so am looking for a good and cheap one for a long term partnership.

Chngpe01's has posted up his studio for rent. Its very well set-up and taken care off. U may want to look under one of the services section or search for it.
