I am looking for a photographer & studio for my blogshop photoshoot.

I would prefer the shoot to be at the north area.

Budget wise, would be $40/hr and below!

To be frank your budget kinda too low. Do you know much for renting the studio? Your budget enough for studio rental without photographer.

If you want studio plus photographer, it will set you back at least $150 per hour. If you want to save cost, do outdoor shoot (ucan find clean void deck walls as background) not studio.

studio rental usually cost between $30-$50 per hour...

For this case, usually it is the photographer must be willing to do it for free...
