Looking for AD Videographer

I'm helping my friend to look for a videographer for his AD wedding on the 3rd of Oct.
My friend is quite tight on his budget, so is looking at about 800-1k. I'm not sure of the market rate and stuff.

Appreciate a response only from those who are able to fit into the budget as mentioned.
