Looking for a studio to rent

I need a studio for 3 hours in early August. I saw a thread in here sometime ago that there's a studio for rent in Pasir Ris/Loyang area. But I can't seem to locate the thread now. Does anyone know where the thread went or how to contact the owner of the studio?
