Looking for 2nd videographer

Hallo,
due to heavy amount of work, we are looking for a 2nd videographer.
NOT assistant videographer or 2nd videographer to assist the 1st videographer.

The person must be able to work on his/her own.


The job basically encompass getting good footages with correct exposures.
The candidate should also have good eye for aesthetics.

Able to use professional video cameras.
Have knowledge of iris, gain and shutter speed; and their relationship to each other.
Knowledge of DSLR video is good to have.

No editing required.
Freelance basis.

Now looking for a 2nd videographer working with DSLR for artistic , shallow DOF shot for Actual day wedding morning session.
Basically from about 6am to 1pm or 2 pm depending on the session.

Rate : $150
Payment once the footage is downloaded to my laptop.
