Loading and developing bulk film

the counter of bulk film loader is counting how sprocket holes have run thru it, so it should be accurate about the length of film dispense.
not sure which bulk film loader you are using.
anyway, when load the exposed film into the developing reel, you can just trim away more of the leader, that should fit the whole roll into the reel, even it doesn't, just a few frames hanging outside the developing reel, shouldn't be any big issue, the emulsion layer is facing inward. remember to insert the stopper to prevent the reel run freely inside the tank, or fit in empty reels if you are using a big tank.
