List of where to send your film for dev & scanning

Newbie here so sorry if this might have been asked before.

Is there a list of film labs here that does dev and scan film?
Wondering where and what machines they use, frontier of noritsu. How much etc.

I believe Triple D uses a Noritsu, but as most would concur, the results are strictly for web-usage only.

Konota has no website.
But they are at the corner of Peninsula Plaza, just behind Bata.

for C-41 film, "Standard Photo" has consolidated to its
branch in Bishan Street 22. They are opened everyday
from 9 to 7pm and can do C-41 (color film, XP2) in 30 mins
express service.
