Hi All,

Need advise on which light box to get, basically prefer a cheap solution. Anyone know of a cheap light box viewer? Prefer a less than $100 solution for both light box and loupe.

"hobbylite 1" Viewer 10 x 6" (25 x 15 cm) @ $80 - Ruby Photo
or
"slimlite" Light Box 5 x 4" (12.5 x 10 cm) @ $65 -
or
"slimlite" Light Box 7 x 5" (18 x 13 cm) @ $?

Where to get Peak 8x @ $35 or less?

Thanx!

quality of loupe defer greatly. cheap and small high-powered ones which introduces distortion especially at the edges could give you a headache easily.

Yup,
I know that but just want something for a quick glance ... not really to scrutinise the details, I wouln't be viewing a lot at one go too. Mpenza, any lobang?

u might wanna consider putting a lamp under ur glass tabletop. that's wat i used to do when i need a lightbox at home for line animation. it's e cheapest solution...since u don't need it for a lot serious work. juz my 2 cents. ;)

Hmm, that's what I am using now too. ;)

Eug, spend your money on the loupe. No point getting a very good light table and getting a headache after viewing your first 10 slides with a el-cheapo piece of plastic.

HEHE.........

What is a loupe?? I am interested to know. I am interested in learning more about flash photography. Anyone know if there are courses for this??
