Lens chipping for metering

I happen to have an old Nikon favourite AIS lens. I wish to do a chipping so that it will meter fully with my F90X. Does anyone know of anybody who does it here or nearby (not US)?

Will Nikon service centre refuse to service the lens after chip upgrading by outsider?
