The magnification will zoom into the centre of the frame.

Click! At funan. Weeks back there was a small leica booth at vivo, no TB sure if it's still there

The magnification will zoom into the centre of the frame.

Not sure any chance to move the focus point to any location then manually focus and zoom into that!

Any of the Leica Shops all over town should have a few for you to play with. I did a hands-on at the Leica at Raffles Hotel the weekend before it was launched, and again at the Leica at Ion a week or so later when I was looking for a 21mm Summilux.

Price of one 21mm Summilux buys you 5 Leica Ts.....

I bought the Leica T together with the 18-56 lens but I'm really using it more with my M lenses. Did some quick shots with my 90mm Summicron last night (using the M-adapter) and I was quite pleased with the results. It is really much easier to focus (even though there is no peaking) compared to using my M240.

Hi how is e image quality compared to that of your 240 with the M lenses ? I am now very happy with my autofocus Xvario but am thinking of the T for my manual M lenses . No peaking yet easy to focus ?

it is easier, clearer and less disturbing without the peak focusing.

It is harder to get spot on focussing without focus peaking, that is the truth. I think Leica got this very wrong.

I am assuming that you have played around with the Leica T. My take is that it was the right decision not to have peaking. Peaking sometimes makes me think too hard about getting it JUST right. I never do that (over thinking) with my Leica T. I trust my own judgement a lot more and you know what? My judgement has allowed me to take photos that I might otherwise have missed if I had been using my M240 instead.

I like shooting wide. Haha.
It is a very enjoyable lens to own and use.
Due to the low distortion, I sometimes find it not as wide...but it is indeed.
It is also a lens full of charater,...no less than Noctilux.
When I'm out shooting with only one lens, I often battle to decide if it should be 21 Lux or Noctilux.
Due to it's low DOF at full appeture, it can be versitile and fun on many subjects.

Lecia T arrived at some stores today evening.

Hi so anyone have any comments about tbe Leica T with M lenses? Pics taken would be very welcome. Thanks
