Leica Sf24D or Sf58 ?

Masters! please help i not sure which is enough?

Is the 24D enough to bounce? I think sf58 might be too big. plan to use nikon sc-29 sync cord and maybe a lumiquest softbox

suppose I want iso 320 f 5.6

I have both, and the 24D cannot swivel. The bracket I use is the RRS one and a modified shortened SC-28/SC-29 cable. Somehow, not very warmed to the idea of flash with the Leica M9. Results have not been good except when used with Auto Exposure set on the flash.
