Hi there
I have two Leica Minilux and hope it can be classified as a RF.
So far the two I have are over ten years and not much problem. I keep hearing about E02 issues and wonder when will happen to mine.
My question is, is there someone in Singapore who can fix it, and give a nice Leica standard service?
This is electronics. The flex circuit does not have underfill or conformal coating, which means the electronics can be affected by moisture.
The batter compartment terminals need cleaning, and use fresh batteries. Sometimes using good batteries cure the problem of jamming.
I believe a lot of second hand Minilux were beaten to death. Or in one time showed E02 because of battery issues.
