Happy new year to everyone here! Got to know a friend at my estate and found out from him that he's still shooting pictures in the film era, tonight got a chance to come over his place to help him fixing on his daughter's pc. So I took the opportunity to take some pictures of his collections, may need help from the folks here about the usability of the cameras, especially the lenses to mount on any digital body that we have on today.

To my limited knowledge in the history of the camera, I think the lenses that I'm going to shown on the following should be Leica R mount right?, Besided Leica mount, should be able to mount on the both Ricoh GXR module and Sony Nex-5N module right? I'm a Pentaxian, would like to check if any of the lenses shown below able to mount on the Pentax body with add on additional adapter?

The only way to use R lenses with Pentax bodies is to change the mount. Have a look here, Leica & Pentax & Nikon | Leitax

I have converted 4 out of the 7 R lenses I have to alpha mounts. It took about 5 mins for each conversion, except for the zoom which was a bit more complicated. If you have a Canon DSLR, just use an adaptor.

The R6.2 is probably the best of the above R series. It is totally mechanical. I used to have this, but sold it after going digital.
