Hi

Am heading for my first trip to Layang Layang next month

Would like to know what kind of DSLR set up would be ideal (ie would you dived with a 60mm macro lens or 10-20mm zoom wide angle or standard lens (18-55mm) set up) when diving there? I have no intention to bring all three lens set up (maybe 1 or 2 max), too much on baggage weight.

Any suggestions from you guru(s) or advice from those that have dived there?

The wider the better....My standard lens...Tokina 10-17 fisheye zoom..

Am just following the crowd (friends) who decided upon the destination. I am just tagging along since I have not been there. As for hammerheads, I have seen them before in the Maldives.

Does that mean 8mm Fisheye can do the job? Ain't the hammers far?
