Laptop recommendation - How do like your 15 inch laptop for photo and video edit

I have always used 17 inch laptops for photo and video editing.
My question is how like your 15 inch laptop for photo and video editing? Have you ever wished you had a bigger screen?
Which laptop computer would you recommend for both, photo and video editing?

I would rather take a 15 inch laptop and add a 24 inch screen. Dell has models with IPS panel and the new docking station (with LAN ports and all the other bells and whistles) only uses a single plug connector. Can't be easier to work at home and just run off for the outside shoot.
