Hi bros!
After a long period of procrastination, I finally decided to get the Konica M-Hexanon 35mm F2. So far, I have not seen any shots of this lens on a Leica M9 so thought I'd do a bit of testing around on mine.
I tried mine on the following settings:
White Balance: Auto
Lens detection: Off
Camera mode: Aperture Priority
Image sharpness: Medium High
Rest of setting all untouched
All are OOC shots. First impressions is that this lens has a tendency to underexpose my shots Not sure by how many steps but they're definitely underexposed. Also vignetting when shot wide open and not as clinical as the Summarit 35mm F2.5. But I quite like the 3D separation this lens produces.
Couples and relationships -- always on a slippery slope @ F4.0
Sitting alone Part 1 @ F2.8
Men at work @ F4.0
Biker totally plugged in @ F4.0
High-rise @ F8.0
