I think Kodak makes sensors for Hasselblad h3d series.

JK Imaging is a pure marketing and distribution platform. They are licensed by Eastman Kodak and may use the Kodak brand name for digital cameras, portable video cameras, home cinema equipment, portable projectors, rifle scopes and laser rangefinders.

The actual designer and manufacturer of the so-called Kodak S1 and of all Kodak branded, JK Imaging distributed cameras is the Taiwanese company Asia Optical. They have two R&D centres in Taïwan and Hangzhou. Cameras are manufactured in Shenzhen.

Asia Optical manufacture for many companies, including Canon, Epson, Fuji, Nikon, Olympus, Ricoh, Sanyo, Sharp, Sony and
Xerox.
