There's some relevant info
here.
My water temp is around 24c to 30c  depending on whether I use ice or not and the initial water temp. I use six to eight 1L mineral water bottles with the top sliced off (to make funnels) and pre-fill with water (and ice) at the start of the development process. My one-shot HC110 developer is made from the same batch of water.
For final wash, you can try:
fresh water, agitate/invert 5 times
fresh water, agitate/invert 10 times
fresh water, agitate/invert 20 times
fresh water, agitate/invert 40 times
fresh water, agitate/invert 40 times
fresh water + one drop dishwashing liquid (e.g. mama lemon), soak one minute
hang film up in recently misted bathroom.
I slow dry my negs and don't have any curling problems. I sometimes do without the dishwashing liquid step and don't get water marks. I don't squeegee, finger wipe etc. Just let the neg (whole roll) hang straight. It may look like "THERE'S GOING TO BE WATERMARKS!!!!!" but that's just the water drying out. YMMV Test first with a test roll.
Photoflo, at the recommended dilution, is quite diluted. But it comes in a concentrate form. If you soak your neg in the concentrate then you're going to :faint: when you see what comes out. More info on
