I think most photographers want to be their boss (like freelancers)

Quite a hard time filling the position for my company.
If u do know of anyone, do recommend.

I'm looking for a full time photographer for a 6 day week position (Not freelancer).
Minimal professional photography experience needed.
Salary with allowances is around $3k, preferably with own transport.

That's true. Most photographers are free spirits who don't wanna report to a boss. Otherwise they would had stayed with their office job and earn better salary. If they freelance, they are looking for either freedom, or building a business, or earning more than what they were doing. Have you considered hiring Malaysians?
