"Kharon": a short movie

Hi joryan,

I guess this short relies heavily on certain cultural landmarks that are common in Europe but uncommon in Asia. This is quite interesting because it highlights certain fundamental differences between different civilisations (eastern vs western) that are sometimes taken for granted.

Perhaps this link can clarify certain aspects of the short: Charon (mythology) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Is there any equivalent of Kharon in asian mythology?

Thank you for watching.

Psalm

Sorry I don't get it.

Hmm... I can't think of any. I thought the dead Asians (or just the Chinese) usually walk across a bridge, rather than take the ferry. LOL.

LOL! I will go and try to find out. It's very interesting, all those cultural differences. This is what makes Singapore so unique and interesting.
