From the various internet posts, it seems to be a trustworthy company that specialized in used cameras.

Has anyone actually used their site to buy equipment? Would you like to share?

From reading their FAQ, it seems that they have a stringent way of grading their cameras. That is a good advantage as we are basically buying sight unseen and so have to depend on their grading system, instead of the seller.

bought from them before..
their products 10/10, but service is 4/10.
Is not that they don't honor their word, at least they reply my mails, but they just plain slow.

i got my mamiya 645afd here, and when it came, its already like 1+ month since i order it. donno whats taking them so long. then after 1 roll of film, the shutter broke, then i ask to replace the set, so i sent back, blah blah blah, they got it fixed and sent back to me, that all took like almost 4 months! hahaha..

so, if u are able to put up the waiting time, i guess they are a good place to buy from..

basically, the condition of their products are generally good, my 645afd is listed as "bargain condition", but it looked like my definition of "like new".. and enjoying it! their stuff guarantee to work unless stated otherwise, so i think no issue. its only their cosmetic grading. like only a single deep scratch will put it under bargain already..
but also depends lar, your luck plays a part..

Seems like the feedback is quite consistent with what is out there: their ratings system is conservative which is good; delivery slack which is bad.

i have purchased 6 lenses from them and have no complaints. they do tell you upfront about the delivery waiting time. so its not like as if they promise you 1 week but take 4. usually i get it quicker than they say it will arrive. e.g. they said 4 weeks, but i received within 3. note they have a cheaper option for delivery for items below $300 bucks. usually half price of the usual delivery charge but it takes longer. e.g. i got quoted 40 bucks via the standard delivery method, but 20 bucks with the other option (i believe is fedex versus ups, can't recall).

not sure about bodies, but so far very happy with the lenses.
