Hi all,

Not sure if i can advertise my services here, but I'm a 30 year old Singaporean graduate student looking to make part time money editing videos for you. I have worked in Shanghai as freelance editor doing corporate work for a year, currently based in Singapore to finish up my degree. link to showreel below.

Here's a full video that i cut from 5 different interviews and b-rolls from 5 locations.

This one is cutting to movement and music (before colorgrading and AE)

I primarily work in FCP7 with Prores422 codec, export to AE for colour-grading and finally back to FCP for audio adjustments before exporting in the client's preferred format.

I also shoot videos, but my school schedule is a little bit restricting these few months, here are some stuff that i shot and edited:

This was made last semester in Shanghai with my classmates playing all the roles.

This one was made for my old friend's malay wedding business for a recent expo event where they won best decorated booth.

I'm actually open to do ANY projects, as long as my school schedule allows it, PM me here or email justin.ho.justin@gmail.com with your mobile number and contact details and basic project brief to arrange.

Or just reply below if you have any comments on my work or to share about the digital films industry in Singapore, which seems really really invisible from where i'm looking.

Also, if anyone has contacts at post production houses that are overflowing with work, please let me know, i have been knocking on a few doors the last few weeks, unfortunately my contacts here are not as well established as in Shanghai.

I'm trying to take as much advantage as i can during these schooling years to sharpen my editing skills before i go out to work formally. I'm also actually considering doing a degree in film after i'm done with this current Multi-media design degree. Anyone alumni or current students of LaSalle's film program?

I just also wanna say that mediacorp's current TV programming is just dreadful and i think younger filmmakers, us, from the digital age, can do so much better, but we need to fight our way in. But look at the programs nowadays. We made better TV in the early 90s!!! Remember 双天至尊 and Aiyoyo老师? how can that be?? aren't we supposed to progress with time?

Best regards,
Justin Ho
