as we all know the buysell classifieds are heavily used, i've sold several bits of gear and bought several bits through there myself...
just thinking though, why does it have to be limited only to photographic/videography gear? I mean we all know that we need computers to edit our photographs, and i wouldnt be surprised if some people on here go through computers as quickly as others go through lenses and other gear...
so i was just thinking why don't we add a section for selling computer related gear(eg: subforum for buying and selling PC/Mac gear) maybe not down to computer parts but just like whole computers instead to keep it simple... could add a whole new dynamic to the buysell section of the forum... and personally i'm having a hard time finding a second hand mac to be able to edit on the go on.. xD
and yes i know some will say "but that means people will come on here just to sell computer gear as they won't be interested in photography" but thats pretty simple, just set it so that members have to have a minimum of say 30 or 40 posts before they are allowed to post in the buysell, im also a member of another forum using the same vbulletin system as clubsnap that managed that so shouldnt be too hard here im guessing?
