err ... what girl?

Lighting at the Expo is less than ideal! Difficult to get good pics. Not easy to balance ambient light and fill flash. Here are several...

I saw your photos already. Okay, I guess. As I said, Expo lighting sucks. Forces wide apertures, slow shutter, high iso, grain, etc. and all the other evil demons of photography.

We all love race queens, don't we?

Yup the lighting is sucks, most of my photos are blur if without flash light.
But the race queen r chio..

well, actually you should have expected it already!

it is not the lighting sucks!! you are not prepared for anything that may come. a photographer should have all his gear with him and be prepared.

Hi betterfeel, hope you dun mind my comment. almost all your photos exibit handshake blur, none of them are keepers. Seems that you are using a low shuttle speed and at the same time using a tele-zoom range for most shot.

Do keep in mind that when you use a low shuttle speed, and using a tele range will manified the handshake.

Try to use higher ISO (can see that you did)
put your apperture to the lowest and set your shuttle speed to a suitable handheld setting, use a flash.. meaning try to use manual instead of apperture priority.
