Went to Japan/Kushyu/Fukuoka recently. Found this super store with alot alot alot of camera stuffs inside this 4 storeys monster. May be you guys have seen it somewhere before, but it is the biggest store to me so far... even more stuffs (alota varities) than the Jessop in Scottland.
I went there and had a look at the lenses of Minolta n the long waited D7D... but unfortunately, it was not there yet... Had a touch on their Alpha 7 & Alpha 9... (kinda like the alpha symbol and ended with 7...pretty cool and impressive)
Generally, prices of the Minolta lenses are either comparable / more expensive than in S'pore. But it has a pretty complete set of the lenses, really, alot. Hence, if you guys wanna get something which is not available in S'pore, can try this option. Check out the website...well, dun ask me abt the Japanese, I dun read / understand Japanese, get someone to translate. They do online purchasing, so can make use of VPOST-Japan to get the stuff shipped into S'pore.
Check with you guys... for print film, Fuji, how many types of ISO400 or 800 is available in S'pore market huh? just curious as I found there are more options there... they have the so called FT Film - Fine & Tough high sped film. Wonder who have tried these film out before. Due to its price is almost same as slide, I didn't buy any to try... only bought 2 rolls of Neopan ISO1600 - Presto.
