is there an AIO for SD camcorder?

dont really need 1920x1080.

is there any SD camcorder that can fit wide angle adapter, uses sd cards, can connect external microphone as well as optical stabilisation and has very high capacity batteries.

For a prosumer level camera, the answer is no. But you can use CF card with the Sony's DTE solution or the new Firestore FS-H200.
