Is the time displayed correct

Wondering if the time mentioned at the end of each CS page here is correct. Verified the same with 3 diff. clocks (!) and found the CS to be ahead by exactly 10mins.! :bigeyes:

Am I noticing something wrongly or is it indeed wrong. :think:

Just noticed it now at 4:24pm. It now is correct. Wonder if the Admin did the correction!
