dont bother about lens chart test. shooting under fluorescent lamps can be VERY tricky. the result is always different.
best way to test is to go out and shoot( with good natural light). shoot people, shoot friends, ask them to stand behind each other, shoot the nose, shoot the ear, see the result.
also, try to shoot stationary object. the examples you posted are moving objects and your shutter speed is kinda slow. sure blur one.
