quoted from their terms and conditions:
"All entries become the property of Intel and, as such, can be used in any manner deemed fit by Intel and will not be returned. By submitting an entry you irrevocably assign to Intel all right, title and interest in your photo with the right to make any and all uses thereof throughout the world in perpetuity, including, without limitation, for purposes of advertising, marketing, promotional and other purposes as determined by Intel and its designees in any and all media whether now known or hereafter devised without further approval or compensation. The rights granted under this paragraph shall extend to all entries and all other submitted materials related to the Contest, including those submitted by non-winners and winners."
sigh.. why does almost every photo contest in ASIA have this kinda fargged up and cheapskate conditions?
