Hi all,
My company is organizing an annual dinner and dance this December 17th. There will be approx 800 guests for pre dinner cocktails, dinner and after dinner show.
We require an instant printing service to work with our photographer. You will need to provide 4R photos to the guests at the end of the evening. There may be a need for some 5x7 prints as well.
Time: 6.30 pm to 11.30 pm
Date: 17th December 2011
Venue: To be advised but will be a suitable ballroom venue in Singapore.
Please advise your charges for both manned printing service as well as un manned such as equipment rental, set up and delivery/collection etc.
You will need to provide suitable printing equipment as well as a laptop.
