Both the Fujifilm F100fd and Samsung NV24HD seems to be quite sensitive to infra-red and could be shot handheld thanks probably to their optical image stabilisation and high ISO performance (in the case of the Fuji).

These are some samples of images of the same scene taken with both cameras through the Hoya R72 filter.

Hi,

This is interesting. Just to check, how is this done, given that the filters cannot be attached?
 

Just hold the filter against the lens and shoot. ;)
